About us
Ashley and Belynda Stroyan took over the locally owned and operated business after Terry passed away in 2004. With his family’s blessing, they decided to keep the business name, Terry Gardiner’s Meats & Smallgoods, out of respect for Terry. Ashley completed his apprenticeship with Terry and has worked at the butcher shop in Port Augusta for 22 years, where you’ll also find a full team of seven butchers, including two apprentices.

We cater for all types of wholesale and retail orders and supply fresh meat to the doors of your local hotels and restaurants. If you would prefer to browse our butcher shop and collect a selection of meat yourself, we have ample parking, with room for large vehicles and caravans. No order or delivery is too big or too small for Terry Gardiner’s Meats & Smallgoods, and we even offer same-day local delivery services for your convenience (for orders placed before 3pm).
